Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Holding more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. 1664 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

Security and Identity Verification

1664 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid copy of your national ID or passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.

Users must notify 1664 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account through the available customer support channels.

Payments, Transactions and Currency

All transactions on the 1664 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name.   • A directive has been received from the relevant authorities
